How to Use:
The first time - In the microwave, heat the heart on a plate for 1 minute. Continue heating in 30 seconds intervals until the heart is the right temperature for your child. Note the duration for the next time you heat it. Test temperature before using.
To re-heat a warm heat pack - Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals.
Never exceed 2 minutes of heating. This may cause the cloth or flaxseeds to burn. Use caution as overheating may create a fire hazard.
*For microwave use only. Make sure microwave plate is spinning. Do not leave unsupervised with children under 3.
To cool and use as an ouchie pad, place in a plastic bag in the freezer for 2-4 hours before use.
