I love my new buckwheat hull pillow! The log shape give me as much lift as I want and the hulls give me as much firmness as I want, but the bonus is that I can mold it to whatever shape I need to support my head and shoulders. I love that this pillow has zero give to it, nothing is worse than a flat pillow and the filling shifting to all the wrong spots as you sleep. I even sleep on this pillow when I have new piercings. I just make a little divot in the middle for my ear and sleep like a baby.
I find the buckwheat pillow quite good for my issues with cervical stenosis. I can control the height of the pillow to suit my needs and reduce pain.
I find the pillow a bit firm and wish there was a way to have a soft top or case on it.
Like that you can remove or add the buckwheat to adjust for comfort.
I am a side sleeper and have noticed that this pillow hurts my ears while sleeping on my side, i took out some of the fill but get the same result. I have asked to return my pillow but have had no reply back ???? I really hope I am able to return.
This is my 2nd buckwheet hull pillow and I love it. Great support for neck and it won't sag /flat like some other cheap pillow. Great to support a Canadian business.
