I have neck pain and this pillow is helping. There is now a nightly ritual of having to make a nest for my head, but it seems to be working.

I'm using this for when my standing desk is lower and I sit on the floor. So far, it's a dense seat cushion. I like the colour & will probably use it as a weight for exercising too! 🤣
I slept through the night! I'm a side sleeper and this worked well with the cpap mask/hose situation. It's a firm pillow and the grains adjusted to my preferred spot. It didn't move until I wanted it to.
