Shipping, Returns and Warranty
$10 Flat Rate Shipping. Free Shipping on Orders Over $45.
That's right, not only do we ship anywhere in Canada, we offer free shipping for every order $45 and up. A $10 flat rate shipping is applied for orders under $45. After you order has been processed and shipped, it will arrive within 4-6 business days (not including weekends).
We offer shipment tracking on all orders. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as the shipment is sent out, we will send you an email with tracking information as well.
Couriers and opting out of Amazon Shipping
Packages are shipped using a variety of couriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Amazon and other courier companies.
We store some of our products with Amazon and they fulfill some of our orders. If you'd like to avoid your order being delivered by Amazon, please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order. Let us know what you'd like to order and we will send you a custom invoice. This will then be processed in our workshop and shipped out via Canada Post instead of being directly sent to Amazon to be fulfilled. Please note that in this case, orders will take 3-5 business days to be processed and then shipped out.
Our processing time is currently about 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If you've ordered the ComfySleep or ComfyNeck plus another item (ex. pillowcase, Weighted Heat Therapy Wrap etc...) they will be shipped separately. You will most likely receive your order of ComfySleep/ComfyNeck first, but don't worry, your other items will be on their way soon.
Porch pick up
Porch pick up is available in Ajax, ON. If you would like to come by and pick up your order, please contact Melissa at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order so that it won't automatically be sent to our fulfillment centre.

Our 60 Day Free Return Promise*
We know that there is always some uncertainty when buying any product online, much less a pillow you've never had the chance to hold in your hands or lay your head on. That's why we offer a 60 day free return/size exchange guarantee, and return shipping is on us!
You can order worry free, knowing that if you are in any way unsatisfied with your pillow, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days or exchange it for a different size or item. We take pride in our product and strive to not only provide you with quality handmade pillows, but with awesome customer service as well.
Please note (effective starting June 1, 2021) that returns are limited to only 1 of the same item. We kindly ask that if you'd like to test our pillows out to please purchase one first, and then to purchase another if it is to your liking.
To return a pillow ordered on our website, please:

2. Include your order number/email you used to place your order.
We will send you instructions for sending it back to us free of charge.
*Please note, refunds are usually processed on Thursdays and can take up to a week after receiving to be processed.
*Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To exchange a pillow, please:
1. Contact Melissa at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Include your order number/email you used to place your order on the return label.
3. Do not order another pillow without reaching out to us first.
For hygiene reasons, our return pillows will only be used for demo purposes or donated. They will never be resold.

*Items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy.
