I’m still figuring out how to adjust side sleeping but so far I’m definitely sleeping better, not waking up as much, tossing and turning and less neck pains. Have suggested this pillow to a few of my friends
I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about this pillow and it was a bit hard on my neck at first, but after I removed a bit of filling (not much, just a few cups worth), it was a lot better. I sleep on my back and my side. I find it very easy to adjust the pillow so it supports me when I move into a side lying position. I’m very happy with it and will only be buying buckwheat pillows in the future.
