Taking some adjusting but I’m loving the support around my neck
The purchase experience was smooth. The shipping fast, but the packaging needs adjustment. I picked up my approx 10lb pillow and it was in a standard shipping bag which was torn and taped back up. This resulted in a stained pillow and a poor introduction to the product.
Otherwise, the pillow is what I expected but it will take some time to adjust and tweak the fill amount.
Lovely product. Lots. Great scent, great to use to fill pillows !
Bought 3 and gave it to my staff. Good corporate gift.
