finally! neck and back comfort and cooling sound sleep!

Might've fallen for some internet foolery but so far I enjoy the firmness and haven't slept poorly on it yet. Back sleeper but comfortable on my side on it too.

I've tried a number of memory foam pillows and none of them were as comfortable as this buckwheat hull pillow!

I bought this pillow the biggest size for my husband. He used to have such before we moved. The cheaper brands he tried in order to save money were returned as they were a disaster. This one is exactly what he needs.

I am really happy with the cushion that I purchased as a gift. The cushion is perfect. As well, I had left it a little late to order and was concerned it would not arrive in time for the holiday. I am exclusively a side sleeper. The description of these pillows mirrored complaints and wishes I’ve had about pillows forever. I’ve tried everything—high-end, low-end, firm, soft—and nothing actually worked for me. Firm pillows never supported my neck, and soft ones flattened overnight. I’d wake up jammed against the headboard, tossing and turning all night, constantly adjusting for comfort. Not any more.

I got the contour pillow (the upgraded original) a little over a month ago. The difference was immediate. On the first night, for the first time in many years, I was able to sleep on my preferred right side without sharp clavicle pain. Within a week, the minor shoulder blade ache from adjusting to sleeping on that side again almost completely disappeared and is gone now, along with much of my daytime neck pain. I can feel years of muscle tension finally releasing from my shoulders and neck.

According to my watch, my sleep score has improved by 10 points. I feel more alert/awake when I get up.

I sleep at least half the night on my right side now and wake up where I started instead of jammed against the headboard.

I recently travelled without the pillow. I got home yesterday and just ordered the travel and cylinder roll versions for trips and to share with friends who want to try it after listening to me go on about it.
